the expand approach to mindfulness

Mindfulness is a mind-training technique that enables you to be more focused, more effective and more creative. It also allows you to reduce stress-inducing mind wandering, enabling you to feel better and happier. 

The Expand Approach is a unique mindfulness method which aims to make mindfulness accessible to ALL. It follows three steps 


what to expect

I deliver the approach through 

  • Talks: to inspire you to take action
  • One-to-one mindfulness consultations
  • Drop-in mindfulness meditation sessions
  • Workshops: 2h to full day, covering one step of the approach
  • The very popular 6-week Expand mindfulness course: to help you improve your quality of life and experience more emotional positivity. It covers all 3 steps of the model, with meditation practices, input, pair and group discussions, tools to apply in daily life, handout and recordings of meditations to practice at home, for sustained results.

THE EXPAND APPROACH TO COACHING

Coaching is a life-changing and creative process, a journey during which I will guide you to make transformative inner-changes, so you can make the progress in your life that you want and deserve. 

It is about digging deep and understanding what drives you, why it drives you, and ensure you align your life to that, so you can feel sereine. 

My work always starts by looking into beliefs and emotions as these are the real drivers of our lives. Real change comes first from within. 

Therefore I only work with clients who are willing, and able, to honestly look into their inner-self in order to make progress.

As a coach working with dozens of clients over the past 3 years, my mission is to

- help you find clarity to better define your mission and your goals, so you can get there more effectively

- support you in uncovering and transforming self-limiting beliefs that prevent you from moving forward

- challenge and inspire you so you can raise your game

I work with individuals looking to raise their performance, change career, or generally make a shift in their lives; and I use a series of different tools to help you get there: incisive questioning, inspiring resources, practical mindfulness and reflective exercises. 


WHAT TO EXPECT

My sessions last 1h to 2h depending on the needs, and take place over skype or face to face if location allows. I work with English and French speaking clients all over the world. 

Coaching is a process, and lasting change takes time. I therefore offer 5 or 10 session packages, based on your situation. 

Once we have agreed to work together, you will receive an extensive Welcome Pack to help you prepare for our work together, put you in the right mindset, clarify expectations and facilitate your commitment from the beginning.

As a Learning & Development expert, I am passionate about ensuring that people and teams are at their best at work. I work to equip them with the right skills, give them the tools to feel confident, and facilitate effective team work. 

I created The Expand Approach to Training based on my 15 years of working life in busy London & Paris.  During that time, I experienced being motivated, totally demotivated, bored, too busy, and too often really stressed. I became passionate about understanding how I could be at my best and started developing some tools which have had a tremendous impact on me personally, and on my career.

With my background in business, and being a recipient of very good and very bad training for many years, I am very well placed to understand your challenges and provide solution that are tailored, practical and inspiring.

    Gaëlle Tuffigo, Founder

    Gaelle is a highly credible, dynamic and creative senior facilitator, mindfulness teacher, coach, and public speaker on personal development. 

    She is passionate about equipping people and teams with the right tools and skills to be happier and more performant, and over the years has worked with thousands of people in London and Paris. 

    Gaelle’s background is in business. For the past 15 years, she has worked in Strategy, held leadership positions in the Brand and Communication Insight industry, and, in the last few years, worked as a Leadership Development expert, providing bespoke solutions and coaching to people at all levels.

    Gaelle is an accredited MBTI coach (Step 1 & 2) and a career coach. She uses a wide range of leadership and management tools in her sessions, such as the Lencioni model, Belbin, Strengths Finder, and other tools looking at learning styles, core drivers and values.

    She holds a Bachelor of Finance and a Masters in Management from the University of Paris - Assas, as well as a Masters in International Business Studies from the University of Paris - Sorbonne. . 

    She has had a daily practice of mindfulness for over 10 years, and feels very passionate about sharing it and making it relevant whether at work or in your personal life.
