As a Learning & Development expert, I am passionate about ensuring that people and teams are at their best at work. I work to equip them with the right skills, give them the tools to feel confident, and facilitate effective team work. 

I created The Expand Approach to Training based on my 15 years of working life in busy London & Paris.  During that time, I experienced being motivated, totally demotivated, bored, too busy, and too often really stressed. I became passionate about understanding how I could be at my best and started developing some tools which have had a tremendous impact on me personally, and on my career.

With my background in business, and being a recipient of very good and very bad training for many years, I am very well placed to understand your challenges and provide solution that are tailored, practical and inspiring.
